Inner Strength Therapy
About Me
I have a genuine passion for understanding human thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and for supporting people through life’s challenges. I currently work in the NHS as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and continue to grow my practice through further training in EMDR and couples therapy. I also bring both personal and professional experience of autism, and I enjoy supporting parents and families in navigating the unique challenges it can bring.
At my therapy practice, I prioritise delivering evidence-based treatments tailored to your individual needs. My expertise as a therapist is dedicated to fostering a supportive and non-judgemental environment that empowers clients on their journey to mental wellness.
In my practice, I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support clients in their journey toward recovery and growth
I am accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), which means I have met the highest professional standards in training, experience, and ethical practice for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This accreditation provides assurance that the therapy I offer is safe, effective, and in line with nationally recognised guidelines.
